Cindy Motta recently retired from her position as Vice President Trust Officer
Throughout her career, Cindy operated with the philosophy that if you treat others as you’d like to be treated, everyone will do well. She was motivated by watching her clients do well, sharing that “they are members of the same community, and it feels good to do my best for my neighbors.”
Cindy worked as a Banking and Trust Operations professional for many years and at many well regarded firms before joining what has now become NHTrust. She started 13 years ago as Vice President and assisted the wealth management affiliate through growth and expansion to what it is now, NHTrust, a subsidiary of New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp.
Prior to her current role as VP Trust Officer, Cindy held the title of VP Customer Relationships, Operations and Administration. Her responsibilities evolved and expanded over the years as the company has grown.
As NHTrust President Paul Provost states, “Cindy is one of the longest-serving employees of our wealth management and trust business, and she has made significant contributions to our ability to provide quality advice and service to our clients over her almost thirteen years with our company. During that time, with Cindy’s important contributions, the company now known as NHTrust grew from a company managing $100 million of client assets to one managing over $1.1 billion of client assets today.”
Motta previously served her community by volunteering as a trustee of Trust Funds for the Town of Hooksett. She earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Husson University and is a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute Trust Operations School.
In her retirement, Cindy plans to enjoy more of her time reading, sailing, and spending time with her family.
