Please join us in congratulating Maryna Krotkova on her recent promotion to Trust Administrator

Maryna Krotkova has been promoted to Trust Administrator for NHTrust. In this role, Krotkova manages client financial accounts, following the explicit details of the client’s trust, communicating with all the parties involved, and maintaining payments and receipts on the accounts.

“Maryna is outstanding at serving clients needs as well as providing excellent customer service,” said Eulalie Paris, Vice President Operations, Partnerships & Client Experience for NHTrust. “Maryna has already become a great asset to our team.”

“I applied for the Trust Administrator position so that I could use my background and experience in gathering, organizing, and evaluating information,” says Maryna. “This position allows me to use both my analytical as well as my customer service skills as I work to manage the client’s needs while staying in close communication throughout the process.”

Krotkova relocated to the US from Ukraine nearly 5 years ago and first joined NHTrust in 2017 as a Teller. Prior to joining the company, she held several finance roles for city government in Ukraine, most recently managing the Economic Planning and Development Department. In this role she lead a new development program, which included planning community life quality improvement and implementing public assistance and a financial aid program for low-income citizens.

Maryna holds a Master’s degree in Engineering-Physics from Chernivtsi State University a Master’s degree in Accounting and Audit from Kyiv State Trade and Economics University. She resides in Concord with her husband and son.
