NHTrust Supports Vaughan Community Services

We are pleased to be able to contribute $1,500 to Vaughan Community Services (VCS), a private non-profit organization serving New Hampshire’s Mt. Washington Valley, since late in the 1960’s.

VCS, a 501(c)3 organization, meets many needs in the community, from food insecurity to clothing needs to referrals and support. In addition, VCS provides affordable, subsidized, early childhood education and childcare for working families. The newly added Senior Non-Food Pantry Program provides health, hygiene and household needs to local aging members. Vaughan Community Services is an integral and essential part of the Mt. Washington Valley community.

With the launch of our sister-bank in North Conway, MVSB (Meredith Village Savings Bank), we are thrilled to engage with the community. “We’re delighted to contribute to our new surroundings,” stated Michael St. Onge, SVP Private Client Relationship Manager at NHTrust, an affiliated organization of MVSB. “I am eager to collaborate with nonprofit organizations that are dedicated to supporting residents in the Mt. Washington Valley areas, as well as to connect with both current customers and prospective clients.”

“We are incredibly grateful for the support from NHTrust,” stated Jennifer Perkins, Administrator for VCS. “This funding arrives at a crucial time as we approach winter and the holiday season when many people’s budgets are already tight. This kind-hearted donation will significantly aid our less fortunate neighbors who might be struggling with various challenges, including shortages of food and clothing, as well as providing assistance to our seniors.”
