NHTrust Congratulates Greg McConahey on Retirement

NHTrust congratulates Greg McConahey, SVP, Senior Wealth Advisor, on his retirement effective June 30, 2025, following a distinguished career spanning more than four decades in trust and wealth management. Greg co-founded the Keene-based New Hampshire Trust Company in 2002 with the vision of delivering personalized, locally focused trust and investment services to individuals, businesses, and nonprofits. In 2019, The New Hampshire Trust Company merged with MillRiver Wealth Management to become NHTrust, which has grown to become a leading provider of wealth management solutions across the Granite State, managing more than $1.4 billion in assets.

“Greg’s passion for serving clients, his deep integrity, and steady leadership have shaped NHTrust and strengthened our communities,” said Cydney Shapleigh, President of NHTrust. “We are grateful for his many contributions and wish him all the best in this next chapter.”

Over the course of his career, Greg built lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners. He’s well-known in the community, serving on boards for Prospect Woodward Home, Monadnock Regional Foundation for Family Services, Monadnock Community Services Center and is a member of the Keene Lions Club.

In anticipation of Greg’s retirement, Michael St. Onge, CIMA ®, CWPA ®, SVP, Senior Wealth Advisor, was hired to ensure a smooth leadership transition and continued service for NHTrust clients. With extensive wealth management expertise, Michael provides trusted guidance and investment support to the Keene community. He is joined by Toni Ciampaglione, CFP®, SVP, Senior Wealth Advisor, Janelle Sartorio, CTFA ® VP, Wealth Advisor, and Fabiana Periera, Wealth Advisor at NHTrust’s Keene office.
