Responsibilities
Rob leads NHMBโs in-house legal function and enterprise risk management program. As a member of the Executive Team, he provides strategic legal counsel, supports sound governance and helps strengthen an organization-wide approach to risk. He is based at NHMBโs Foundry Street operations facility in Concord.
Experience
Rob brings extensive administrative law experience, with a focus on the financial and insurance sectors. He has spent much of his legal career advising banks in New Hampshire and beyond. His work supports legal risk mitigation, digital transformation, governance, safety and soundness, and strong internal controls across NHMB and its affiliates, including NHTrust, Meredith Village Savings Bank, Merrimack County Savings Bank and Savings Bank of Walpole.

Admitted to practice before the New Hampshire Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, the First and Second Circuit Courts of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
